Es muy importante que a las almejas las acompa\u00f1en una salsita de la que  recuerdes durante tiempo.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">En esta como en otras muchas recetas, el producto es clave, procura comprar una almeja de calidad.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Si voy a hacer almejas a la marinera, siempre compro Almeja Babosa, es un poco m\u00e1s cara pero como no las hago todos los d\u00edas, un d\u00eda, siempre es un d\u00eda. Normalmente es de color gris p\u00e1lido con una bandas tenues de un tono intenso y unas finas l\u00edneas se dibujan en su concha, paralelas al borde.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Viven en el litoral atl\u00e1ntico, en el canal de La Mancha y tambi\u00e9n se encuentra en el Mediterr\u00e1neo.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">En Galicia son famosas las almejas de Carril,  municipio de Villagarc\u00eda de Arosa, provincia de Pontevedra (Espa\u00f1a)<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Los ingredientes son todos habituales y se consiguen f\u00e1cilmente en GADIS, mi supermercado de siempre.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-block-container Almeja:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Sumerge la almeja enun bol con sal gruesa (50 g de sal por cada litro de agua utilizado) y cambiael agua por lo menos un par de veces, durante este proceso la almeja soltar\u00e1 laarena, por tanto, cada vez que cambies el agua, recoge primero las almejas conlas manos para una fuente y tira el agua ya que tendr\u00e1 la arena en el fondo.Guarda el bol con las almejas en la nevera.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Calienta el aceite en una olla baja o en una sart\u00e9n y a\u00f1ade la cebolla y los dientes de ajo picados menudos, espolvorea sal, d\u00e9jalo rehogar hasta que tengan un color transparente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Abre un hueco en el centro de la olla separando la cebolla para los lados y agrega el vino, deja evaporar, a\u00f1ade la harina, remueve hasta que se tueste un poco y pierda el sabor a harina, a\u00f1ade , la salsa de tomate, el piment\u00f3n, y el fumet, mezcla bien.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Agrega la quindilla, espolvorea sal, tapa la olla y deja cocer a fuego medio-bajo durante 10 minutos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Retira la guindilla.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Si decides triturar la salsa puedes meter en la olla el brazo de la batidora y triturar, a continuaci\u00f3n comprueba la textura de la salsa y si la notas muy espesa puedes a\u00f1adir un poco m\u00e1s de caldo o agua.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Rectificar de sal y dejar cocer entre 4 y 5 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Mientras tanto cuece las almejas en un par de vasos de agua. Cuando tomen hervor y se abran, estar\u00e1n listas, eso ocurrir\u00e1 en apenas un par de minutos desde que empiecen a hervir. Las almejas que durante este proceso permanezcan cerradas, no sirven y hay que tirarlas. Escurre el caldo de la cocci\u00f3n de las almejas, p\u00e1salo por un colador y reserva.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">A\u00f1ade las almejas, mueve la olla para que se empapen bien de la salsa. Tapa la olla y espera 2-3 minutos para que se impregnen bien de la salsa y adquieran todo su sabor.
