nata e cando tome temperatura, agrega o bacallau desalado, coce uns 5 minutos, e ret\u00edrao cunha espumadera para encima das patacas.Dependendo de como sexa o &quot;punto de sal&quot; do bacallau, espolvorea un pouco de sal ou d\u00e9ixao tal cal, eu non lle puxen sal.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-23208-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Coa o leite e reserva.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-23208-step-0-3\" s\u00e9caa e pon un chorrito de aceite, saltea a cebola cortada \u00e1 xuliana, espolvorea apenas un chisco de sal. Unha vez que a cebola estea ben pochada, env\u00f3rcaa encima do bacallau.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-23208-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Pon un cazo ao lume, agrega a manteiga e un chorrito de aceite, engade a fari\u00f1a, t\u00faestala lixeiramente e incorpora a nata e leite que coaramos, mestura ben para evitar grumos, agrega sal, pementa negra e noz moscada, contin\u00faa revolvendo ata que espese lixeiramente e comece a facer chup-chup. No caso de que vexas que se volve moi espesa, engade un pouco de leite, queremos unha bechamel lixeira.
