temperatura, agrega el bacalao desalado, cuece unos 5 minutos, y ret\u00edralo con una espumadera para encima de las patatas.Dependiendo de como sea el &quot;punto de sal&quot; del bacalao, espolvorea un poco de sal o d\u00e9jalo tal cual, yo no le puse sal.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-23204-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Cuela la leche y reserva.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-23204-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Lava la sart\u00e9n, s\u00e9cala y pon un chorrito de aceite, saltea la cebolla cortada en juliana, espolvorea apenas una pizca de sal. Una vez que la cebolla est\u00e9 bien pochada, vu\u00e9lcala encima del bacalao.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-23204-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Pon un cazo al fuego, agrega la mantequilla y un chorrito de aceite, a\u00f1ade la harina, t\u00faestala ligeramente e incorpora la nata y leche que hab\u00edamos colado, mezcla bien para evitar grumos, agrega sal, pimienta negra y nuez moscada, contin\u00faa revolviendo hasta que espese ligeramente y comience a hacer chup-chup. En caso de que veas que se vuelve muy espesa, a\u00f1ade un poco de leche, queremos una bechamel ligera.
