Procura mercar unha ameixa de calidade.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Se vou facer ameixas \u00e1 mari\u00f1eira, sempre merco ameixa babosa. \u00c9  un pouco m\u00e1is cara pero como non as fago todos os d\u00edas, un d\u00eda, sempre \u00e9 un d\u00eda. Normalmente, \u00e9 de cor gris p\u00e1lida cunhas bandas tenues dun ton intenso e cunhas li\u00f1as finas debuxadas na s\u00faa cuncha, paralelas ao bordo.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Viven no litoral atl\u00e1ntico, no canal da Mancha e tam\u00e9n se encontra no Mediterr\u00e1neo.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">En Galicia, son famosas as ameixas de Carril,  municipio de Vilagarc\u00eda de Arousa, provincia de Pontevedra (Espa\u00f1a).<\/span><div block;\">Lavado das ameixas: Somerxe as ameixas nun bol con sal gordo (50 g de sal por cada litro de auga utilizado) e cambia a auga polo menos un par de veces. Durante este proceso a ameixa soltar\u00e1 a area, polo tanto, cada vez que cambies a auga, recolle primeiro as ameixas coas mans para unha fonte e tira a auga xa que ter\u00e1 a area no fondo. Garda o bol coas ameixas na neveira.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1497-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Quenta o aceite nunha pota ou nunha tixola e engade a cebola e os dentes de allo picadi\u00f1os ben mi\u00fados. Engade sal e deixa  refogar ata que te\u00f1an unha cor transparente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1497-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Abre un oco no centro da cacerola separando a cebola para os lados e agrega o vi\u00f1o, deixa evaporar, engade a fari\u00f1a, remexe ata que se torre un pouco e perda o sabor a fari\u00f1a; engade a salsa de tomate, o pemento doce e o fumet e mestura ben.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1497-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Agrega o chile, salpica con sal, tapa a pota e deixa cocer a lume medio-baixo durante 10 minutos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1497-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Retira o chile.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1497-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Se decides triturar a salsa podes meter na pota o brazo do batedor e triturar; deseguido, comproba a textura da salsa e se a notas moi espesa podes engadir un pouco m\u00e1is de caldo de peixe ou de auga.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1497-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Rectificar de sal e deixar cocer entre 4 e 5 minutos m\u00e1is.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1497-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Mentres, coce as ameixas nun par de vasos de auga. Cando empecen a ferver e se abran, estar\u00e1n listas. Iso ocorrer\u00e1 nun par de minutos despos de que empecen a ferver. As ameixas que durante este proceso permanezan pechadas, non serven e hai que tiralas. Escorre o caldo da cocci\u00f3n das ameixas, p\u00e1sao por un coador e reserva.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1497-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">Engade as ameixas, sansanica a pota para que se enchoupen ben da salsa. Tapa a cacerola e agarda 2-3 minutos para que se impregnen ben da salsa e adquiran todo o seu sabor.
