En canto iso aconteza, apaga o lume e deixa que arrefr\u00ede completamente. Este paso d\u00e1lle un sabor lixeiramente tostado e moi caracter\u00edstico \u00e1s roscas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6959-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;margin-left: 0px;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Nun bol grande, bate os ovos xunto co azucre ata que queden esponxosos. Engade unhas 6 culleradas do aceite xa fr\u00edo e mestura. Incorpora o an\u00eds e unha pizca de sal. Vai engadindo a fari\u00f1a xunto co l\u00e9vedo pouco a pouco. Comeza cunha parte da fari\u00f1a e, a medida que mesturas, vai engadindo m\u00e1is ata lograr unha masa fina e el\u00e1stica que non se pegue \u00e1s mans.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6959-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;margin-left: 0px;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Amasa sobre a mesa lixeiramente enfari\u00f1ada durante uns minutos ata conseguir unha textura homox\u00e9nea. Forma unha b\u00f3la, t\u00e1paa cun pano ou film transparente e deixa repousar entre 30 minutos e 1 hora a temperatura ambiente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6959-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;margin-left: 0px;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Corta anacos pequenos da masa (uns 15 g aproximadamente cada un). Forma cord\u00f3ns finos e une os extremos, ou fai boli\u00f1as e abre un burato no centro co dedo.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6959-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;margin-left: 0px;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Coloca as roscas formadas sobre unha bandexa, c\u00fabreas cun pano e d\u00e9ixaas repousar de novo durante 20-30 minutos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6959-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;margin-left: 0px;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Quenta abundante aceite (podes aproveitar o de xirasol que che quedase). Fr\u00edte as roscas por tandas ata que estean douradi\u00f1as por ambos lados. Saca e deixa escorrer sobre papel absorbente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6959-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;margin-left: 0px;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Nun pequeno cazo, mestura 200 g de azucre con 90 ml de auga e leva a lume medio. Deixa cocer uns 10-15 minutos ata obter un alm\u00edbar lixeiramente denso. Unha vez templado, introduce as roscas, unha a unha, no alm\u00edbar quente para que se impregnen ben.
